RETURNS

We take great pride in the merchandise we offer, but understand there may be a reason to return or exchange an item.  If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 30 days of receipt of product.  Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges, except in instances where the item you received is incorrect, or damaged.  .Any item purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund, less the donation amount; if you selected a cause to have a donation sent to.  Donation amounts are not refundable.

If you received an item which you did not order, or if you received an item which is damaged, we ask that you please contact our Customer Service department first, prior to sending the item back, so that we can provide you with a return shipping label and expedite your replacement order.  Please email us at customerservice@willowandshea.com with your order number.

To return an item for any other reason, simply package the item(s) in original packaging or in a way to ensure safe transportation.  Include the original Invoice, choose a shipping method of your choice and send to:

Or you may email us at customerservice@willowandshea.com with your order number and we will send  you a return invoice and a return shipping label ( shipping charges will be deducted from your return).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund on the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase.  We will send you an e-mail confirmation once we have processed your credit.
Please be sure that you ship the item back so we receive it within the 30-day return window and can issue you a timely refund.

HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE


Because merchandise purchased specifically for holiday is time sensitive, we can accept returns only if they are received back in original condition no later than ten days from your date of order.  We cannot accept returns of holiday merchandise post holiday.  Please use the procedure above to make your returns.


SHIPPING / ORDER TIMING

Our goal is to provide you with the quickest processing possible!  Oders will ship within 2 business days.  However,  we will do our best to get orders out the next business day.  If you have a question about shipping or a special request, please contact us at customerservice@willowandshea.com.


$9.95  Flat Rate Shipping is available as Standard Shipping on all orders within the continental United States.  Standard Shipping is not available in HI, AK, PR or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

When you select Flat Rate Shipping, we determine the most efficient manner to ship your order and will use either UPS, FEDEX or USPS Priority Mail.  At the time of shipment, we will send an email to you with the tracking number.

• 2 Day: $24.95

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, we offer Live Rates pulled from the USPS database.
